Under the supervision of Professor Sabah Mohamed Al-Mutawki, Dean of the Institute, Al-Samawah Technical Institute at the University of Al-Furat Al-Wasmeet Technical University concluded a course on staff promotion, which was set up by the University’s Centre for Continuing Education in cooperation with the Institute with the participation of a number of its members and lasting for one month.
The course aims to develop and qualify human resources and acquire the required skills.
The course dealt with administrative performance and its concept, organizational structures, explanation of strategic planning and decision-making skills and provisions to include individuals working in the state departments and the efficiency of the human element. The electronic test was conducted with the university and my attendance in the hall of continuing education.
