In the presence of the Dean of Al-Samawah Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Sabah Muhammad Al-Mutawaki, the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at Al-Samawah Technical Institute at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, in cooperation with Al-Muthanna Chamber of Industry, held a workshop entitled (Industrial Projects and Soft Loans) in the conference hall with the participation of a large number of the institute’s students.
Professor Faleh Al-Hutaimi, Head of Al-Muthanna Chamber of Industry, gave a lecture during the workshop in which he explained the importance of the industrial sector in economic development, and how to establish successful industrial projects, in addition to a detailed explanation of the available financing opportunities, and the entities that provide soft loans to support entrepreneurs and young initiators. The challenges that may face owners of emerging projects were also addressed, as well as the proposed solutions to ensure their sustainability and growth.
The workshop aims to motivate graduated students to work in the private sector by promoting the culture of entrepreneurship and mechanisms for obtaining soft loans for small and medium enterprises.
At the end of the workshop, the floor was opened for discussion and answers to questions raised by the institute’s students about investment opportunities in the industrial sector and financing mechanisms.
A gift of appreciation was presented by the Dean of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Mutawaki, to Mr. Al-Hutaimi for his efforts.
