The Samawah Technical Institute participated in the annual Quranic Festival held in Al-Muthanna Governorate to commemorate National Quran Day. The festival was sponsored by the Governor of Al-Muthanna, Mr. Muhannad Al-Atabi, and organized by the Iraqi Quranic Union/Al-Muthanna Branch, in cooperation with the local government.
The festival was attended by representatives from the Governor’s office, along with a number of religious, official, and cultural figures, as well as representatives from academic and educational institutions and civil society organizations.
The Samawah Technical Institute’s participation underscores its scientific and cultural role in supporting religious and intellectual events that contribute to strengthening Quranic values and national identity, and instilling ethical and humanitarian principles in society.
The festival included diverse Quranic segments, featuring recitations, religious lectures, and purposeful cultural activities that reflected the exalted status of the Holy Quran and its importance in building individuals and society.
