A specialized ministerial committee visited Samawah Technical Institute to assess the requirements for establishing a polytechnic college. They were received by the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Mutawki, accompanied by members of the advanced academic staff.
The visit included a field tour to inspect the infrastructure and available capabilities at the institute, including lecture halls, laboratories, and teaching staff, as part of the procedures of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for evaluating establishment requests.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the institute’s commitment to fulfilling all necessary academic and administrative requirements, contributing to the expansion of the academic mission of the Middle Euphrates Technical University and meeting the educational needs of the governorate.
For its part, the committee praised the level of organization and available resources, stating that the visit’s outcomes would be included in an official report submitted to the relevant authorities for a decision regarding the establishment of the college.
