The Board of Directors of Samawah Technical Institute held its tenth open session for the academic year 2025–2026, chaired by Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Mutoki, with the attendance of all board members, in the institute’s meeting hall.
The Dean opened the session by welcoming the attendees, commending the efforts of the board members in following up on academic and administrative matters, and their continuous work to develop the educational environment in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. He also conveyed the greetings of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi.
The session discussed several important issues, including preparations for the final exams for first-year students and setting their dates, as well as emphasizing the preparation of exam halls and providing all necessary requirements to ensure smooth exam administration.
The board also addressed the institute’s efforts to communicate with the local government in Muthanna Governorate to discuss several vital projects and include them in the local budget after obtaining approval from the Governorate Council.
At the conclusion of the session, the Dean expressed his thanks and appreciation to his assistants, board members, and all institute staff, praising their efforts in supporting the educational process and wishing them continued success and prosperity.
