The Board of Directors of the Samawah Technical Institute held its eleventh open session for the academic year 2025–2026, chaired by Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Mutawagi, Dean of the Institute, with the attendance of all board members, in the institute’s meeting hall.
The Dean inaugurated the session by welcoming the esteemed board members, commending their ongoing efforts in supporting the educational journey and developing academic and administrative performance. He emphasized the importance of working in a unified team spirit to achieve institutional goals in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the presidency of the Middle Euphrates Technical University. He also conveyed the greetings of the university president, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi.
The session’s agenda included discussing a number of important academic and administrative axes, foremost among them evaluating the experience of electronic correction (Bubble Sheet) and ways to develop it, completing the discussion of the results of second-stage students and the success rates for both morning and evening studies, as well as following up on the progress of the final exams for first-stage students and identifying the key requirements to ensure their success.
The board also emphasized the necessity of providing a suitable exam environment and preparing the examination halls with all technical and administrative requirements, to ensure the smooth conduct of exams and achieve the highest levels of organization and discipline.
At the conclusion of the session, the Dean expressed his thanks and appreciation to his assistants, board members, and all staff of the institute, in recognition of their distinguished efforts and continuous dedication in serving the educational institution, wishing them continued success and prosperity.
