We aspire to provide an innovative academic environment based on advanced scientific research and effective community partnerships, and enhances the ability to face legal challenges in a constantly changing world.

The Legal Administration Department is committed to providing distinguished and multidisciplinary legal education that keeps pace with local and international developments, and enhances students’ ability to conduct legal and critical analysis to face contemporary challenges in various fields. The department aims to prepare qualified legal cadres who possess ethical and professional competence, and contribute to improving the legal and institutional environment through pioneering scientific research, community service, and effective partnerships with the public and private sectors, in a way that achieves justice and enhances the rule of law.
Objectives:
The Department of Legal Administration aims to provide students with specialized legal knowledge and practical skills necessary to apply them in various professional fields, by providing distinguished educational programs that deal with the theoretical and applied aspects of law.
The department also seeks to promote legal scientific research that contributes to the development of legislation and public policies, in addition to supporting effective communication with the local and international community, in order to achieve justice and enhance the rule of law.
Graduate Job Description
Legal Administration graduates have integrated legal and administrative skills that qualify them to work in various fields within the public and private sectors. Their responsibilities include:
1) Legal Consultations: Providing legal advice and consultations to institutions and individuals on various legal issues, including contracts, regulations, and legislation.
2) Legal Affairs Management: Supervising the internal legal procedures of institutions, such as drafting contracts and reviewing internal policies to ensure compliance with laws.
3) Legal Analysis: Analyzing and studying complex legal issues and providing appropriate legal solutions based on a deep understanding of local and international legislation and laws.
4) Drafting Legal Documents: Preparing and drafting contracts, regulations, legal memoranda, and reports that comply with legal requirements.
5) Advocacy and Litigation: Representing clients before courts and tribunals, preparing legal defenses and pleadings.
6) Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: Negotiating legal settlements between disputing parties and attempting to reach consensual solutions.
7) Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that organizations comply with applicable laws and regulations, and providing guidance on how to comply.
