Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Mutawaki, Dean of Al- Samawa Technical Institute at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, opened the Fine Arts Festival

The festival was organized by the Department of Oil and Gas Refining Technologies in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit and the Departments of Legal Management Technologies and Community Health. It included many activities in which the institute’s students participated, including a book fair, an activity to measure blood pressure and sugar, raising posters denouncing the international silence on the issue of Lebanon and Gaza, the posters highlighting Speicher case, a drawing activity, and many other activities. The festival aims to develop students’ talents, participation, and creativity in their hobbies, in addition to remembering the Speicher martyrs.
