Academic Festival on the occasion of University Guidance Week at Samawah Technical Institute and Engineering Technical College for Oil and Energy _ Muthanna

Sponsored by A. Dr. Hassan Latif Zubaidi President of the Middle Euphrates Technical University and supervision of a. Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Mutawaki, Dean of the Samawah Technical Institute, within the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, held two psychological and educational guidance units at the Samawah Technical Institute and the Engineering College of Oil and Energy in Muthanna.The events began by reading blessed verses from the Holy Quran and Soura al-Fatheh on the spirits of martyrs, playing the national anthem and welcoming speech delivered by Prof. Sabah Mohammed al-Mutawki, Dean of the Samawah Technical Institute and Engineering College of Oil and Energy

The President welcomed the presence and commended the efforts of the local government and the presidency of the University of the Middle Euphrates for their support to technical education institutions in the governorate and called on students to strive for scientific and positive interaction to succeed.

As part of the festival, Sheikh Haider Ali Elyounsi gave a mentoring lecture entitled “Guiding the message of the prophets and the curriculum of the righteous”, in which he noted the need to refine the character of the university student and take into account the moral and religious aspect.

In Karema by Mr. Dean, he gave an appreciative gift to Sheikh Al Yunsi and presented a number of discretionary certificates to a number of distinguished students and their departments to give them a moral motivation for scientific excellence and success. The festival included a blood donation campaign in cooperation with the blood bank in the Muthanna Health Department, which is a leading humanitarian event.
