Professor Dr. Sabah Muhammad Al-Mutawaki, Dean of Al-Samawah Technical Institute at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, chaired an advisory seminar on exam instructions coinciding with the approach of the first semester exams for first-year students, attended by the Dean’s assistants for scientific and administrative affairs and all members of the institute.
Al-Mutawaki explained the responsibility placed on supervisors, professors and students during the exam time, as he indicated the presence and attendance at the examination committee half an hour before the start of the exam and receiving the exam sheets and the necessity of reading the exam instructions for students before the starting of the exam in addition to preparing the examination halls and the supervision schedule and adhering to the timings and other topics related to the subject.
At the end of the seminar, the floor was opened for discussion and answers to the questions raised by the institute members.
