The Samawah Technical Institute at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a humanitarian visit to the Al-Baqir Residential Complex (Ahbab Allah) in Al-Rumaytha District. The visit was directly supervised by the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Sabah Muhammad Al-Mutawki, and included participation from the Cybersecurity Technologies and Applications Management Department, the Media and Government Communication Division, and several faculty members and students.

The visit featured a humanitarian event that brought together the children and residents of the complex in a single hall. A variety of humanitarian and recreational activities were held, aimed at bringing joy and happiness to them, especially the children.

The initiative included the distribution of in-kind donations of winter clothing and shirts to 80 individuals, according to pre-prepared lists. In addition, recreational activities were organized, contributing to smiles and fostering a positive atmosphere among the children and residents of the complex.

The institute’s delegation conveyed the Dean’s greetings to the complex’s administration, emphasizing the institute’s commitment to supporting those in need and strengthening human connection with various segments of society. The complex’s residents expressed their deep gratitude to the institute’s deans, professors, and students participating in this humanitarian initiative.

This visit aimed to solidify the principle of social solidarity, foster openness with state and community institutions, support those in need, and promote hope, compassion, and the effective integration of the children and residents of the complex into the community.

This initiative is part of a series of humanitarian activities that the Samawah Technical Institute continues to organize, reaffirming its commitment to social responsibility and the consolidation of noble human values.
