Workflow & Procedures

Processing Steps

  • Receive citizens, listen to complaints, and direct them to the correct channel.
  • Respond to inquiries in accordance with the law.
  • Address assistant deans, scientific and administrative departments for opinions.
  • Write the request exclusively using the unit’s official form.
  • Receive all requests addressed to the Dean and present them for decision.
  • Coordinate with the University’s Citizens Affairs Division for meetings with the University President.
  • Daily follow‑up of the citizen complaints box and the official university group.
  • Accept requests via the unit’s official email.
