- Receive citizens, listen to complaints, and direct them to the correct channel.
- Respond to inquiries in accordance with the law.
- Address assistant deans, scientific and administrative departments for opinions.
- Write the request exclusively using the unit’s official form.
- Receive all requests addressed to the Dean and present them for decision.
- Coordinate with the University’s Citizens Affairs Division for meetings with the University President.
- Daily follow‑up of the citizen complaints box and the official university group.
- Accept requests via the unit’s official email.
