- Provide all required resources for implementing training programs.
- Field follow-up on training plans set by academic departments.
- Award participation certificates to trainees according to approved regulations.
- Encourage program managers by granting appreciation letters from the Dean.
- Supervise implementation of training plans and upgrade program quality to align with digital transformation.
- Prepare periodic reports on the unit’s achievements and training activities.
