The Middle Euphrates Technical University / Al-Samawah Technical Institute announces a public auction in accordance with the amended Law on the Sale and Lease of State Property No. 21 of 2013 for (the Student Club building, the Snacks and Fast Food building, the Copying and Stationery building, the Accessories, Perfumes, and Gifts building, and the photography rights at Al-Samawah Technical Institute) for the academic year 2026/2027.
Interested bidders who meet the legal requirements are kindly requested to visit the Financial Division at the Technical Institute to obtain the auction terms and details for a non-refundable fee of (25,000) twenty-five thousand dinars, and to bring a certified cheque from Al-Rashid Bank for the legal deposit amount of 20% of the estimated value.
Please note that the auction will take place thirty days after the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette. Bidders must bring all required legal documents. The successful bidder shall bear the publication and brokerage fees.
