Samawa Technical Institute is one of the institutes of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, which aims to be a beacon of human thought and knowledge, and to contribute to the progress and advancement of this generous country through interaction between technical universities, educational technical means, and community partnership. Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University works to not only be a transmitter of scientific and technical heritage, but also takes upon itself the link between the developments of the era and the rapid development in the field of applied sciences and technology with practical reality and its problems, and to be an advanced institution that keeps in mind the challenges of the country and considers Samawa Technical Institute Samawa Technical Institute one of the basic pillars of the national economy, by absorbing the increasing human requirements in light of the administrative, economic and health role based on the knowledge economy, diversifying renewable energy sources, and developing human resources. Samawa Technical Institute has a major role in qualifying students in the fields of engineering, health, management and computing. With the development of technology, we find that there are some changes that have occurred in the profession of management, engineering and health in line with the modern requirements of the strategy. Samawa Technical Institute seeks to serve the community, whether through qualifying technical staff by activating the scientific research role. The Middle Euphrates Institute has been able to develop its plans on solid scientific foundations based on national engineering and health requirements that serve the labor market as well as the research role that opens new horizons in the fields of engineering and health in light of the rapid development in the field of engineering that there is an effective enough to stem from scientific experiments and create new job opportunities for the rising generation. Samawa Technical Institute seeks to provide services that stem from giving without limits and that the service provider must be characterized by calm, ethics, knowledge and respect because he deals with the weakest person, the patient who needs medicine with a smile, needs to feel reassured and see hope in the eyes of those who treat him.
