Mr. Muhannad Al-Atabi, Governor of Al-Muthanna, received at his office Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Matouki, Dean of the Al-Samawa Technical Institute at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, to discuss a number of important topics related to the educational process in the governorate, foremost among them the project to develop the buildings of the Polytechnic College in Al-Samawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two sides discussed ways to support the educational and technical sector, as well as mechanisms for preparing the necessary infrastructure to ensure the success of the project to transform into a Polytechnic College, which would contribute to introducing modern technical specializations that meet the requirements of the labor market and serve the sons and daughters of the governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Governor expressed his full readiness to support the institute’s future projects, emphasizing the importance of this project in providing an advanced educational environment and opening promising technical specializations that serve students and contribute to local development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth mentioning that the Presidency of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, has approved the opening of the Polytechnic College in Al-Muthanna Governorate. Meanwhile, the Deanship of Al-Samawa Technical Institute has completed the necessary studies and prepared the required capabilities to begin the transformation into a Polytechnic College in the coming period, after completing all requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
