As part of the activities of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, the Deanship of the Samawah Technical Institute at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University held a discussion session on the obstacles to sustainable development in the field of industrial entrepreneurship, moderated by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Razzaq. The workshop addressed the most important factors and influences related to individuals and society to achieve entrepreneurial work in industrial fields. The relationship between entrepreneurial work and its role in achieving the sustainable development goals set by the United Nations was also clarified by providing job opportunities, eliminating poverty, and good health and education.
The workshop, which was held in the Continuing Education Hall at the Samawah Technical Institute and attended by trainees within the Riyada Initiative, concluded with a number of recommendations that are included in planning a future entrepreneurial project.
It is noteworthy that the Deanship of the Samawah Technical Institute has organized many events within the Global Entrepreneurship Week, which included training courses, discussion
panels, and exhibitions.
